At Binary Apple Systems, we strive to ensure your products are delivered safely, quickly, and affordably. This shipping policy explains how and when your order will be shipped.

1. Serviceable Locations

We deliver PAN India, covering all major cities, towns, and pin codes via trusted courier partners. For remote or non-serviceable areas, our team will reach out with alternatives or refund options.

2. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable logistics providers like:

  • Shiprocket

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • India Post (for remote locations)

These partners allow real-time tracking and prompt doorstep delivery.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Custom or built-to-order systems may take 2–4 business days for processing.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Tier 2 & 3 Cities 4–6 business days
Remote Areas 5–9 business days

Delays may occur during peak seasons, strikes, or natural disruptions. We will keep you informed.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Standard Shipping Fee of ₹60–₹120 on orders below ₹999 or based on weight.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are extra and displayed at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you:

  • A tracking link via SMS/Email

  • Regular shipping status updates
    You can also track your order anytime from your account dashboard on our website.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will make 3 delivery attempts.

  • If undelivered after 3 tries, the package will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for incorrect address or missed delivery due to customer unavailability.

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If your package is damaged, tampered, or missing items upon delivery:

    • Please take clear photos and refuse the package if visibly damaged.

    • Report the issue within 24 hours to binaryapplesystems@gmail.com with your Order ID and proof.

  • We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for future updates on overseas delivery.
