Return & Refund Policy

At Binary Apple Systems, we strive to offer the best products and service. Please read the following terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • An item was missing from your order

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, with all packaging, invoice, and accessories

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Note: Software, customized systems, hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. earphones), and clearance sale products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or activated software and licenses

  • Products with unreported physical damage beyond 24 hours of delivery

  • Items missing original packaging, invoice, or accessories

  • Services or extended warranties

  • Products purchased from third-party partners

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at binaryapplesystems@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Reason for return

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If any damaged/defective/exchanged/replacement products are inspected and accepted, then they will be delivered within 7–10 business days.

4. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll request your bank details for a manual refund.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the issue was from our side.

  • Please note: It might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

5. Exchanges & Replacements

  • Exchange is allowed for identical products (if in stock) or a similar product with price adjustment.

  • If not available, you may opt for a full refund or store credit.

  • For approved exchanges, replacements will be delivered within 7–10 business days.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Post-dispatch, cancellations are not possible. Returns can be initiated after delivery (as per policy).

  • For custom-built systems, cancellations are not allowed after confirmation.
